I am a Business Psychologist dedicated to unlocking leadership through partnership. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with leaders, teams, and organizations to help them see themselves more clearly, build trust, and operate with greater intentionality.
As Chief Psychology Officer at A Deeper Way, I design and deliver the ADW Process of Partnership — a framework that transforms how leaders ground themselves in clarity and trust, exchange resources and perspectives, and accomplish meaningful results together. My work integrates psychological depth with practical tools, from the 2–3 Things Exercise that sharpens role clarity, to the Trust & Respect List that fosters psychological freedom, to the Give–Ask–Share framework that restores communication rhythm.
I specialize in helping leaders reduce friction, strengthen presence, and grow the six Drivers of effective partnership: Confidence, Trust, Predictability, Exploring Openly, Thought Partnership, and Collaboration.
What matters most to me is that leadership isn’t just about outcomes — it’s about how we show up. My aim is to guide leaders toward clarity, courage, and authentic connection, so they can create environments where people thrive and organizations grow.
